yesterday we played in front of 1200 crazy people in beautiful Visby.
Damn that was loud!!
the audience was amazing and it was a gig to remember.

Today we´re doing Pampasstage at Hultsfred and I belive it´s going to be a killer too.

Ok.
I´ll explain this one more time then...

JADED - "I was broken and alone..."

BROKEN - "I´m jaded just like you´ve been..."

When we wrote the song Jaded, somebody put it out on the internet and called it "I was broken and alone".
After that somebody else shortened it down to just "broken".
So everyone who downloaded the song thought the name of it was broken.
After that, we actually thought it would be a fun thing to write a new song called "Broken". So we did.
and yes... the confusion was total.

We´ve had 5 great shows and it´s been good fun as usual.
This friday me, mattias & robert is going up to Örnsköldsvik for a acoustic gig. Should be fun.
On saturday we´re doing a gig on a festival in Hemsedal, Norway. (www.skistar.com)
The last time we we´re over there the place was packed... NOT!
Hopefully there will be lots more this time.

WE´RE BACK!!!

We´re heading out on the roads this Sunday!
Sthlm is first.
A sold out Circus is waiting for us and we´re waiting for you guys!
I just found out that Gothenburg and Linköping is sold out as well!
This is just wonderful and we can´t wait to get up on stage again.

We´ve been spending these last 2-3 weeks pimping our bus with all kinds of cool shit.

We´re slowly falling down on the tracks chart but if you could do one last effort to put us above all that euro-vision-song-contest-crap we´d be a happy kin.
At this moment we´re at no.4 but I´m pretty sure we can do it.

Did you guys hear about the latest news?
tAKiDA and Curly Sue is entering at number 10 on Swedish Radioshow "Svensktoppen"!!
Yup... that´s right.

Furthermore I can tell you that we´re back in our rehersal studio writing new songs to the forthcoming album.
So far we got a handful of songs to work with and it´s cool to hear the new material taking shape.

For the fourth week in a row, we´re number 1 at Tracks on sweden´s biggest radiostation.
It was a loooong time ago a hardrockband did this.

This should be great news for swedish eveningmagazine, Aftonbladet and Expressen...
Actually, the only time they would write anything about tAKiDA is if we crashed with an airplane on mount everest!

WE WON!

We were nominated i 2 categories in Sundsvall Music Awards and we got the award for "Bästa Utomsocknes".
I didn´t know there was a award like that but I´m glad there is!
I actually thought we would have a bigger chance at the other category, "Bästa låt", with curly sue but nope...

LOSING

DAMN...
We we´re sooo close to bring the award for "best hardrock" home...
We can´t do anything else but to congratulate Mustasch (the eldmjäll´s) for the win.
They are cool dudes and they are worthy winners.

There was a huge party afterwards and alot of celebs.
We´ll bloody do that again next year.

It´s pretty safe to say that we won the peoples vote in both categories we attended.
The Jury didn´t like us at all (what a surprise) but the people did
And that is the only thing that matters really.
I belive 2 people in the jury have actually seen us live so that price should be only for the people to decide.
