Lordi Land

So, we´ve been here in Suomi Finland for a couple of days now and it´s been AWSOME!
Elements Music has been taking good care of us all the time and the hotel stay has been great. Thanx a bunch.
Last night we did a gig at a place called Liberté.
It wasn´t too crowdy but we did our thing and hopefully they liked it.
We´ve also made a couple of interviews for radio and TV.
It´s thursday today and we´re going back to sweden in a couple of hours.
Hopefully we can come back to Finland again.

Once again... thank you Jani, Tommi, Frida and Jussi for putting up with us! =)

GREAT NEWS!!
Halo will be played at Bandit rock 106-3 tomorrow sometime after 07.00 in the morning!
So all you daybreak risers, be sure to turn your favourite radiostation on in time.

Me and Mattias hooked up with Ulf at Fitzpatrick yesterday for some serious talk about our new guitaramplifiers.
It turned out great and we have now ordered a great rig for all gigs to come.

Our producer is done mixing the new single "halo" and hopefully it will be "buyable" on the net within 2 weeks. It´s a long time, I know, but I assure you... It´s worth waiting for!
I´ve been working together with a girl called Lina Rehnstedt (www.spizz.se) in the making of the cover for the new single and I have to say it´s a beauty. (yes, I´m allowed to brag in this blog)
All you hardcore fans recognize her name of course... She´s been involved in the covermaking in the past making the cover for Takida - Takida and she also helpd me out in the making of the T2 cover.
(and all you EXTRA HARDCORE SUPERFANS know all about the "Played Out" covers... right?)

However... if your CD needs a great cover, be sure to check her out.

I also would like to congratulate MoDo for their advance to the semifinals.
I´m pretty sure we´ll see MoDo against Färjestad in the finals. Like it or not.
Personally, I wish Timander will strike down with furious anger upon his enemies in HV71!

Los Takidos

The new t-shirts is released!
They look awesome and I strongly recommend that you buy at least 2 from each t-shirt!
This time we´ve released a t-shirt with our friends and guardians, "Los Takidos".

All the bassguitar is recorded (good job pålle) and now the guitars is up next.
We´re waitng for our new guitaramplifiers (engl) to arrive and then all hell will break loose!
Later this evening I´m going to watch a really tight and exciting game of hockey. Timrå meets MoDo and it should be pretty intense.

Fred did a good job in the studio today.
5 tracks recorded with bass.
The new songs are slowly taking form and just beeing in the studio feels great!

Monday again...
This week it´s time for Fred to put some bass into it!
11 tracks recorded with drums last week and hopefully we´ll have bass on all of them at the end of the week.

We´re planning on making a DVD this summer so make sure you visit all our shows to be in it!! =)

Drums of destiny

Kristoffer recorded drums on 5 tracks today. It sounds great!!

I saw some of the ideas for the new album today.
They were made by Lina Rehnstedt at spizz and they looked great!

Still no releasedate for the new single.

Enter the studio

We enter the studio today!
Our producer is going to work the tracks together with us to see if there´s any changes that has to be done.
We also decide which tracks is going on the album and who´s not.
It´s going to be a great day!

Back home again...
11 songs produced today.
There wasn´t too many changes in the tracks and the recording will begin tomorrow.

I broke my toe yesterday!
I don´t know the name on toes but it´s the toe next to the smallest one.
It´s all blue and soon the same size as the bigtoe!
I gotta go and wrap it up in som tape now.
